Personalized Activation Program

This is a fully customizable 1 year long program that brings the Activated Breath℠ technology to you, the way you would like to practice it.

Each week you will receive a new sequence, an intention, and questions to self-activate your intended reality.

We begin the program by asking you how often you would like to practice, and what is the best way that you would like to be sent the breaths.

We then look at the results you want to produce and customize your breath formulas to be in alignment with your objectives.
